Foster Care Program | El Paso, TX | Foster Homes

Every day, families in the El Paso area find themselves in difficult situations that require outside assistance. The Lee & Beulah Moor Children’s Home foster care program promotes healing through family living. Benefiting from the strength and commitment of caring foster families, children who are in need of our services are given the gift of positive, healthy relationships with adults and other children in a non-threatening home environment.

While in foster care, children are closely supervised by both foster parents and agency staff. They are given the opportunity to develop positive social, educational, and emotional skills, and discover their inherent strengths and potential for future success.

Younger Children Placed With Foster Parents In Private Homes

Intense and individualized care for infants, toddlers, and younger children below age 10, along with some school-age children, is provided in the homes of couples or individuals who are licensed and supervised by Lee & Beulah Moor Children’s Home staff. Foster parents are special people who open their homes and families to provide temporary care and a family experience to children who need more individualized attention and care. Parents (or legal guardians) remain legally responsible for children while they are in foster care and visit regularly with children until they are reunited.
